How to reach your hotel

The Hilton Prague , the Century Old Town and the IBIS Prague Old Town are located at a 30-minute drive from Prague Ruzyne International Airport and are within walking distance of historical sights, local attractions and finest shops.

The main railway and underground station Hlavni nadrazi (metro red line C) is at one stop from the Florenc underground station (red line line C intersection with yellow line B) that is within walking distance from the Hilton Prague. The Century Old Town and the IBIS Prague Old Town are located next to the underground station Namesty Republiky (yellow line B). To view a map of the underground and bus lines, please click here .

For transfers by public transportation, please note that there is no direct connection from the airport to the city centre. The Airport Express Bus 100 takes you to the metro station Zlicin on the yellow line B. The yellow line stops at the metro stations Namesty Republiky (Century Old Town and IBIS Prague Old Town Hotels) and Florenc (Hilton Prague). A transfer by bus and underground costs 26,- CZK or 1,5€ and takes about 50 minutes. Moving around with the underground or the typical trams is very convenient in Prague. Transfers by taxi from the airport to the Hilton Prague, the Century Old Town or the IBIS Prague Old Town, can be pre-booked at H3440@accor.com for the rate of 590,-CZK or about 25,-€ (30-minute drive). In your e-mail, please specify your name, the date and time of arrival, the flight number, the city of departure, the number of passengers (1 to 3 people in one cab) and the name of your hotel. You will receive a confirmation of your pre-booked transfer. Payment should be done in cash to the taxi driver.

Another way to reach your hotel is the airport shuttle service, particularly if you are in a small group. A shuttle bus driving to the same hotel costs 25,-€ for 1 to 4 people (on average 40 minute-drive). You can pre-book your transfer using the following link.

Most hotels in Prague are happy to organise your pick-up at the airport. Fares do vary from 600 CZK or 25,-€ to 900,- CZK or 37,-€.

Accommodation

A number of rooms have been pre-booked at preferential rates for conference delegates in the Hilton Prague as well as in Century Old Town Prague Old Town and the IBIS Prague Old Town that are located at a 10-minute walk from the symposium venue.
Hotel reservations can only be made with a credit card. The credit card serves to guarantee your bedroom booking. No charging will be applied except in case of late cancellations or no-shows.
