Instructions for contributors
- Your abstract can not exceed over 450 words (1 A4 including figures).
- Your abstract should be structured by the following form: brief introduction, methods and materials, results and conclusions.
- All authors must be shown with their full name and surname and the institution / organisation they work for.
- The language used must be English.
- It is absolutely compulsory abstract to be submitted online. Abstracts sent by post or fax will not be accepted.
- The abstract submission deadline is May 31st, 2011. Abstracts received after this date may not be accepted.
- Please keep in mind that your abstract will be published in the conference abstract book which will be offered free of charge to all the participants.
- All abstracts accepted and published must have a registered presenting author.
