EURRECA to engage with Europe’s SMEs at the ANUGA Food Fair
Representatives from the EURRECA Network of Excellence, coordinated by ILSI Europe, on EURopean micronutrient RECommendations Aligned, will be running a series of workshops for businesses at the forthcoming ANUGA Fair held in Cologne, Germany in October.
Four 90 minute Micronutrient Power workshops are planned across the day on Monday 12 October 2009 to highlight the practical issues and latest thinking on micronutrients for food & food-related businesses. Experts from the UK, Italy, Belgium and Portugal will highlight the opportunities for food producing SMEs and talk about the practical issues that must be addressed by those looking to add or highlight micronutrients in their products.
