The ILSI International Food Biotchnology Committee (IFBiC) disseminates science by publishing articles on original research, literature reviews and gap analyses, and meeting proceedings in peer-reviewed journals.  ILSI also publishes books, monographs, white papers, and other reports through ILSI Press.
