Workshop on the Approaches to Setting Intervention Targets with Limited Data for Low-Moisture Food Commodities

The Food Microbiology Committee collaborated with the American Peanut Council to develop a detailed protocol for testing low-moisture commodities (raw peanuts). The invitation-only workshop was held on 4 April 2011 with the goal of developing a framework for determining pathogen prevalence.
