This article, published in Food and Chemical Toxicology, discusses the use of statistical and logistical methods to establish standardized minimum eliciting doses in allergic populations. It assesses the practicality and benefits of these approaches, as well as diagnoses shortcomings in the methodology, making recommendations for better success in future statistical models.
