This regional workshop was part of the ILSI International Organizations Committee and FAO/WHO 2009 joint workplan. It was co-organized with ILSI North Andean and the Dirección General de Salud Ambiental, Perú (General Directorate of Environmental Health).
(The PIP organizational structure has replaced the IOC for managing ILSI's collaboration with FAO and WHO.)
