The Sugars and Health Workshop was convened in 2002 to bring together leading researchers and health experts to discuss the role of sugars and health.  This supplement summarizes their thoughts on US guidance on  sugars intake; hedonic aspects of sugars; satiety; weight control; insulin resistance; diabetes; CVD; and dental caries.  Articles in the supplement are:
