Nutrition Reviews

In publication since 1942, Nutrition Reviews is the leading resource among scientific journals providing state-of-the-art information on developments in nutrition, dietetics, food science, and nutrition science policy. Nutrition Reviews is published monthly and is edited at Tufts University by Robert M. Russell, MD, director of the Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging. The journal's contributors -- leading researchers, practitioners, and authorities in fields related to nutrition and food science -- survey hundreds of international biomedical, nutrition, policy, and food science publications for emerging issues of topical importance.  Full-text access to Nutrition Reviews is now available online to paid subscribers.

Addendum to the May 2007 Issue

The May 2007 lead article, "Update: Effects of Antioxidant and Non-Antioxidant Vitamin Supplementation on Immune Function," by Aimee L. Webb, PhD, and Eduardo Villamor, DrPH, MD, MPH, both of the Harvard School of Public Health, contained four very large data tables. For space reasons, the print journal contains only Table 1.
