Delegates may register their participation by downloading the registration form here and submitting the completed form to nutritioncognition@ilsisea.org.sg. Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of registration fees. Registration closes on October 14, 2010. 

* The registration fee includes participation in all plenary, poster and exhibit sessions, symposium materials, luncheon, and all refreshment breaks.

Refund Policy
 
Requests for refunds submitted before September 15, 2010, will be honored less bank processing charges and 30% administration fees. No refunds will be given thereafter.
