It is with the utmost regret that we must advise that due to circumstances beyond our control it has become necessary at short notice to cancel the Nutrition and Hydration for Sport conference that was to be held in Johannesburg.
Your registration fee will be refunded in full and Turners (the conference planners) will be in contact in this regard shortly.

Important Note on Hotel Registration Dates
Due to Hotel allotment release dates should you require accommodation for the ILSI Conference kindly forward your booking request by the 23 March 2010 for the Garden Court Milpark Hotel & the Protea Hotel The Parktonian. Delegates have until the 1 April 2010 to book accommodation at the Sunnyside Park Hotel. After these release dates accommodation bookings will be subject to availability. Thank you.
Reservations
Hotel accommodation can be reserved in Cape Town through the intermediary of Turners Conferences who have secured preferred rates for participants. All rates quoted on the hotel booking form are in South African Rands and are per room and per night, a full English breakfast, VAT at 14% and Tourism Levy of 1% are included. The hotel category should be indicated on the hotel booking form. Please also indicate which other category we should book in case the chosen one is fully booked. Please note that most of the hotels are close to the Charlotte Maxeke Johannesburg Academic Hospital. |

Confirmation of Hotel Reservation
All hotel reservations will be confirmed to you in writing with the name of the hotel, the type of accommodation booked, the arrival and departure dates, the rate, and the deposit required. This will be accompanied by an invoice and request for payment.
Payments
A deposit equal to one nights stay is required to secure the hotel booking. The balance of the accommodation is to be settled directly with the hotel upon your arrival. The deposit may be paid either by bank transfer or by MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Diners Club credit card. Full details appear on the booking form.
Changes and Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted to Turners Conferences in writing. You may cancel your reservation up to 23 March 2010 with a full refund of your deposit paid less an administration fee of ZAR100.00. No refunds will be possible after 23 March 2010. An amendment fee of ZAR50.00 applies to all changes made to confirmed reservations. Prices are subject to change.
