It is with the utmost regret that we must advise that due to circumstances beyond our control it has become necessary at short notice to cancel the Nutrition and Hydration for Sport conference that was to be held in Johannesburg.
Your registration fee will be refunded in full and Turners (the conference planners) will be in contact in this regard shortly.

How to Register
To register for the ILSI Conference on Sports Nutrition and Hydration in Johannesburg, please complete the registration form and return it to the Congress Secretariat.
Pre-registration via the website will not be possible after 14th of April 2010. After this date only on-site registration will be accepted. It is essential that the instructions for payment of all fees involved are strictly followed. Every participant, including conference speakers must be registered. |

Registration fees are to be paid in South African Rands (ZAR), and should be paid according to the procedure described on the registration form.
A copy of the front and back of the credit card must be sent through before the credit card can be debited.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing of any cancellations. All approved refunds will be issued after the Congress. An administration fee of R100.00 will be charged for all cancellations received before 21 March 2010. Please note that no refunds will be made for cancellations after 21 March 2010.
